What we keep

Your name and mobile number, and your email if you give one; your child’s name, date of birth and sex; and the measurements, documents and messages that you or the paediatricians you choose add.

Why we keep it

Only so you can keep your child’s health information in one place and talk to the paediatricians you choose. We do not sell data, show advertising, or track or profile children.

Who can see it

You, and the paediatricians you share with using their Kiddoz code. When you stop sharing, the doctor loses access straight away.

Consent for children

A child’s record can only be created by their parent or legal guardian, who gives consent when adding the child. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You can see, correct and ask us to delete your child’s information, and withdraw consent. Write to our grievance contact at info@kiddoz.health.

Where it is stored

On cloud servers in Singapore, with the connection encrypted.

Sign-in codes

We send sign-in codes by SMS through our messaging provider. We do not store the codes.
